I was doing a spot of yoga in the kitchen this morning (as you do). I looked up, in mid sun salutation, and saw this. I was frozen to the spot, in awe. This beautiful shard of refracted light kept me mesmerised. The intensity and warmth of the colours, and the purity of the white light made my day.
